Barchesco is committed to providing its customers with quality products and exceptional customer service. If within 30 days of receipt of your order, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Barchesco will gladly return your unused, undamaged merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges.
Please note: Items purchased from Barchesco.com can be returned at the Barchesco retaile store in Studio City, California. To return an item via mail, simply fill out the return form located on the invoice you received with your order, include it in the box and attach the return label. Send returned items to:

Barchesco’s products are fragile and must be treated with the utmost in care when repackaging them. Be sure to keep all original packing materials if you plan to return an item. For your security, please use an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) and retain your receipt. Barchesco is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. All items must be packed sufficiently to receive full credit on the return. Pending inspection and approval of returned product, your card will be credited the full amount of your purchase less original shipping charges. All credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your card statement.
Returns With A Receipt After 30 Days Of Receiving Order
Returns with a receipt after 30 days of receiving order will be refunded in the form of an exchange. Please contact Barchesco Customer Service at service@barchesco.com to assist you in this process.
Returns Without A Receipt
Returns without the original purchase receipt, will be refunded in the form of an exchange at the current selling price of the product. Please contact Barchesco Customer Service at service@barchesco.com to assist you in this process.
Returning Damage, Defective, Or Mis-Shipped Items
If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective, or not the correct product, Barchesco will provide a prepaid return label. Please contact Barchesco Customer Service at service@barchesco.com to obtain a return authorization shipping label via email.
Order Cancellation
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
